ConflictWatch — Global Conflict Monitoring Dashboard
ConflictWatch is an automated monitoring dashboard for conflict-related public reporting. It uses GDELT-derived news metadata and source-linked headlines to surface regions with unusually high conflict signals.
How It Works
The system groups recent public reporting by geography, applies conflict-signal scoring, and shows automated severity labels. AI-assisted summaries are generated from selected source-linked headlines and should be treated as orientation, not primary verification.
Features
Interactive conflict map, source-linked news feed, automated severity scoring, AI-assisted summaries, historical feed archive, and trend indicators based on recent article volume and weighted conflict terms.
Current Coverage
ConflictWatch tracks conflicts including the Iran crisis, Ukraine-Russia war, Sudan civil war, Myanmar insurgency, Sahel security crisis, Israel-Palestine conflict, Yemen conflict, and dozens more. Each zone includes live news feeds from international sources.
